| My partner and I came up to the Waterline Cafe for drinks and listened to the "Sax Man", Ross McIntyre. His music was 100% absolutely great! Friends who also came up later to listen said that some ding a ling is complaining about the noise level. I can assure you he was not noisy. Thanks to all for an enjoyable afternoon. |

Congratulations and thank you chef Lucas and your team for a delightful dinner. The Waterline deck with the view through Pandanus to the boats is truely magical and even a "rain curtain" off the roof adds to that magic.
Your menu is a wonderful combination of flavours with artistic presentation and a truely delicious experience. Thank you and your friendly staff for spoiling us. |

Dear all,
On 5 December 2007, the Fellowship of St James met for morning tea at the Waterline Cafe and we wish to compliment the staff for their thoughtfulness and help. Due to some of our members being elderly ( and not so nimble) the staff rearranged the seating quickly, quietly and efficiently WITH SMILES. The servce was courteous and fast. Dear Ilona,
Just wanted to formally express our sincere thanks to you and everyone involved in making Alex and Angus 's wedding such a memorable night. The venue you have at the marina there is magical but so many little things combined to make it a wonderful night. Please pass on our thanks to all staff involved in the night - so many guests commented on the how pleasant and helpful the wait staff were, how good the food was and how nicely the decorations complimented the venue. We all had a wonderful night and you managed to create just the atmosphere Alex and Angus wanted. None of us wanted the evening to end! Thank you to everyone and especially to you Illona. | We went on your new Full Day Cruise yesterday and had a fantastic time. The day was interesting and fun from start to finish. Your staff are absolutely great - they were all very friendly, attentive and really looked after us. They looked after everyone and were never too busy to give us individual attention. You ought to be very proud of your staff and we will be highly recommending the cruise to our friends and collegues. |

.... beef was really good, I must be honest and say we in the south, quite wrongly, dont believe there is any quality once you go over the Qld border,
how ignorant on our part. I feel ashamed as your Banana Beef was magnificent. |
