It’s Barra Season!

Come and try our Local Barramundi feature dish, on the lunch menu now at The Waterline Restaurant.

It has been a cracker of a barra season to date, and the fish we are getting in has been so fantastic to work with.

This week we are doing Local pan fried Barramundi with nicoise salad and mustard soy dressing, a delicious light salad, perfectly balanced to showcase the flavour of this fantastic local produce.
